Why do dry gas and preheater need to be installed in the gas line system? Have you ever thought about that?
In the welding process, the liquid carbon dioxide in the cylinder is constantly vaporized. In the process of vaporization, a large amount of heat should be absorbed. Moreover, after the high-pressure carbon dioxide in the cylinder is decompressed by the pressure reducing valve, the gas temperature will also drop. The larger the gas flow, the more obvious the temperature drop, easy to cause the gas cylinder outlet ice, block the gas path. Therefore, when the gas flow is large (greater than 10L/min), the heater must be installed before the pressure reducing valve. The electric heater is usually used, and its structure is relatively simple. It only needs to cover the heating resistance wire with insulating porcelain tube on the copper tube with carbon dioxide gas. Some decompressors come with a heater. When using this decompressor, you do not need to install a special heater.
Generally, commercially available carbon dioxide gas contains a certain amount of moisture, so it is necessary to install a dryer in the air path to remove moisture and reduce the amount of hydrogen in the weld.
There are two types of dryers: high pressure dryers and low pressure dryers.
The high pressure dryer is installed before the pressure reducing valve, and the low pressure dryer is installed after the pressure reducing valve. In general, only high pressure dryer can be installed. For compact construction, high pressure dryers are usually integrated with preheaters.铜焊丝,Copper Welding Rods,铝焊丝,aluminium welding wire,镍焊条,Nickel electrode,药皮焊条,Flux Coated Brazing Welding Rods
