Copper
An alloy consisting of a pure copper matrix with one or more other elements. Pure copper is purple red, also known as copper. Pure copper has excellent conductivity, thermal conductivity, ductility and corrosion resistance with a density of 8.96 and a melting point of 1083 C. It is mainly used to make electrical equipment, such as generator, bus bar, cable, switch device, transformer and other electrical equipment, heat exchanger, pipe, plate collector of solar heating device and so on. Commonly used copper alloys are divided into three categories: brass, bronze and white copper.
brass
A copper alloy with zinc as its main additive has a beautiful yellow color, commonly known as brass. Copper-zinc binary alloy is called ordinary brass or simple brass. Brass above three yuan is called special brass or complex brass. The brass alloy containing less than 36% zinc is made up of solid solution and has good cold working properties. For example, Huang Tongchang containing 30% zinc is used to make shell, commonly known as shell brass or 73 brass. Brass alloys with zinc content ranging from 36% to 42% consist of and solid solution, the most commonly used of which is 64% brass with zinc content of 40%. In order to improve the performance of ordinary brass, other elements, such as aluminum, nickel, manganese, tin, silicon, lead and so on, are often added. Aluminum can improve the strength, hardness and corrosion resistance of brass, but reduce the plasticity. It is suitable for marine condenser tube and other corrosion resistant parts. Tin can improve the strength of brass and the corrosion resistance of sea water, so called Navy brass, used as ship thermal equipment and propellers. Lead improves the cutting performance of brass; this free-cutting brass is often used as a watch and clock part. Brass castings are often used to make valves and pipe fittings.
bronze
Originally refers to copper-tin alloy, after the copper alloy except brass, white copper are called bronze, and often in the name of bronze before the crown with the first major added element name. Tin bronze is suitable for making bearings, worm wheels, gears and so on. Lead bronze is a widely used bearing material for modern engines and grinders. Aluminum bronze has high strength, good wear resistance and corrosion resistance. It is used for casting high load gears, bushes, marine propellers, etc. Beryllium bronze and phosphorus bronze have high elastic limits and good electrical conductivity. They are suitable for the manufacture of precision springs and electrical contact elements. Beryllium bronze is also used to make sparkless tools used in coal mines and oil depots.
White copper
A copper alloy with nickel as the main element. Copper-nickel binary alloys are called ordinary white copper, and complex white copper alloys with manganese, iron, zinc, aluminum and other elements are called complex white copper. Industrial white copper can be divided into structural white copper and electrical white copper. Structural brass is characterized by good mechanical properties and corrosion resistance, beautiful color. This kind of white copper is widely used in the manufacture of precision machinery, chemical machinery and ship components. Electrotechnical white copper generally has good thermoelectric properties. Manganese copper, copper and copper are manganese dioxide with different manganese content. It is a material for manufacturing precision electrical apparatus, rheostat, precision resistance, strain gauge, thermocouple and so on.铜焊丝,Copper Welding Rods,铝焊丝,aluminium welding wire,镍焊条,Nickel electrode,药皮焊条,Flux Coated Brazing Welding Rods
