(1) Phosphor bronze, a copper based alloy with tin as the main alloy element, is called tin bronze. The tin content of tin used in industry is mostly between 3% and 14%. Tin bronze with tin content less than 5% is suitable for cold working; tin bronze with tin content between 5% and 7% is suitable for hot working; tin bronze with tin content more than 10% is suitable for casting. Tin bronze is widely used in shipbuilding, chemical industry, machinery, instrumentation and other industries. It is mainly used to manufacture wear-resistant parts such as bearings, bushes, spring and other elastic components as well as anti-corrosion and anti-magnetic parts.
(2) Aluminum bronze, a copper based alloy with aluminum as its main alloy element, is called aluminum bronze. The mechanical properties of aluminum bronze are higher than brass and tin bronze. The aluminum content of aluminum bronze in practical application ranges from 5% to 12%, and the aluminum bronze containing 5% to 7% aluminum has the best plasticity, which is suitable for cold working. When the content of aluminum is more than 7%-8%, the strength increases, but the plasticity decreases sharply. Therefore, it is often used as cast or after hot working. The wear resistance and corrosion resistance of aluminum bronze in atmosphere, seawater, seawater carbonate and most organic acids are higher than those of brass and tin bronze. Aluminum bronze can be used to manufacture high-strength wear-resistant parts such as gears, bushes, worm wheels and high-corrosion-resistant elastic components.铜焊丝,Copper Welding Rods,铝焊丝,aluminium welding wire,镍焊条,Nickel electrode,药皮焊条,Flux Coated Brazing Welding Rods
