(3) Welding rod Angle
1) Starting point, that is, the clock 5-6 point, welding rod and welding direction tube tangent Angle is 80-85°.
2) The position of clock 7-8 is inverted welding climbing welding, and the included Angle of the tangent line between the welding rod and the welding direction tube is 100°-105°.
3) In the vertical welding position, that is, clock 9 o ‘clock position, the included Angle of the tangent line between the welding rod and the welding direction tube is 90°.
4) In the vertical climbing welding position, that is, the position of clock 10-11 during the welding process, the included Angle of the tangent line between the welding rod and the welding direction tube is 85-90°.
